I'm a sucker for new and exciting tech, so I was one of the first in line to get this headset at launch. After several trips to Best Buy to try it out this year, I was stoked for a new gaming experience. The setup was fairly easy - only made one stupid cable mixup to cause a minor heart attack, but I digress... My first couple days with it we're good, though the chromatic aberration and not so great screen resolution were more noticeable to me when using it at home. Batman Arkham VR was a definite slam dunk, and Thumper was another favorite, though it had its shortcomings when it came to tracking. There lies the problem. Some have been having an absolute blast with the headset, and claim to have had no real issues, but my experience was really soured by the terrible tracking system. Games like Thumper that require a stable view of the track at all times we're very hard to spend more than 10-15 minutes in because of tracking drift. If I played any longer than that (though at times it happened quicker), I would have to adjust myself on the couch to "see" the track. Once I was at a complete 90 turn from my TV. Again I say, cool concept, but the execution left much to be desired, especially at that price.

Was spektical at first, but after trying it, I was blown away!!! Wish there were more games for it though.

The PlayStation VR is good for its price point. A great introduction to the future of VR - better resolution and hopefully wireless.

This system really exceeded my expectations. An excellent value for the money, if you already own a PS4.

I have the vice as well, so my review is more of a comparison. The first thing I noticed was how well aND easily adjustable the headset was, that is the best selling point for psvr. The controls are leaving something to be desired, either breaking emersion with the standard controller or doing van injustice with the move controls. I just hopened the games start getting pumped out so that we can see what is possible.

They have only touched the surface of the vr world this device is mind blowing fun and hdmi compatible

I wish it had more games but it is really fun. I don't play it everyday but it's a good time when're I do it let others play it

Very nice packaging. to my surprise very durable. clear and concise instructions included. the user-friendliness is a big plus.

Just awesome. Only draw back are the limited releases but that should improve with time. Very fun!

This is a great addition to the PS4. Hope Sony gives it plenty of support as far as lots of games.
