    Read before buying! Well known failure after use.

    Read before buying! I bought these and was totally satisfied for about 3 months, then the left earbud stopped working, would not charge. After trying ALL the recommended solutions (resetting, cleaning, re-pairing, etc), the left earbud no longer functions. Looking on line there are hundreds of similar failure complaints by customers and although the product comes with an express replacement warranty of 18 months, getting fulfillment or response from Soundcore is a non-starter. Buy if you must but realize that the left earbud will likely fail with a couple of months.

    These are terrible in design, fit, and function. They ear buds will randomly cut out switching side to play from then, randomized audio/sounds begin, not the song you wanted to sleep with but something completely different. Sad to say, i missed the return window by two days. Don't be like me, in fact, don't buy them, period!

    Tried every tip and wing. Either the fit was too uncomfortable, or they fell out. Even the most comfortable fit started to hurt after a while. Left bud was constantly losing volume. Troubleshooting took forever and could only be done effectively at full battery and full volume. I bought these to HELP me sleep but ended up awake half the night multiple times due to the volume problem. Ended up returning them.

    Ok but a bit painful.

    They are small enough to fit in the ears and lay down but after too many hours in them they can become of it painful. The white noise is quite nice.

    I wanted to love these but I just couldn't. Even with the smallest ear process they hurt my ears terribly when I tried to lay down. The first night I made it a few hours. The next night my ears were sore just from putting them in and I couldn't even where them. I ended up returning them. I'll just have to keep using the headband earphones I had before. I wanted something that would block noise better. I think these may have been slightly bulky better but certainly not noise blocking. I have tinnitus and need sound all night but not the sound of my husband in the kitchen in the morning.

    I had the previous version and one broke after the third month. These have much better features and both earbuds still work after 2 months of use

    I wanted to love these. I really did. The A10 before this was better. These are really comfy and I tried using them as my daily buds but they would randomly go into sleep mode. This would leave my phone audio blasting making for some awkward situations. They fell out of ears during sleep. The controls are horrible. You have to bang on it in your ear to get it to register your fingers. The case has an odd color and texture. I pretty much hates everything about these other than them being comfy. Which the A10s were better at because they were smaller. Im returning these.

    I am 1 day out of return window(DEFECTIVE)

    It failed on me a couple times but I still gave it a try as it automatically switches to sleep mode. But enough is enough only to find out my return window ended yesterday. If you value your money DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. Why? It automatically switch into sleep mode, there's no option to disable it.

    The Soundcore Sleep A20 by Anker are good for side sleepers, however they're not loud enough when paired to your phone, I give them a 6 out of 10 for the price

    I enjoyed the features and felt hopeful about these, but I just coudn’t get over the discomfort side sleeping. Regardless of the attachments used, the hard plastic core pressed uncomfortably into my inner ear and prevented sleep. I’m sure backa and stomach sleepers will have better results.

    Do not recommend. Most nights they fall out of my ear and/or the battery dies and/or they disconnect for unknown reasons. Settings in app are confusing, not intuitive. Some dsys, they don't chsrge correctly. When they are working, they're great, but unfortunately, I've mostly experienced problems.
