Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. The only reason why I’m reading this a four star instead of five is because it took me nearly a week to figure out how to get the white noise to play all night and not just shut off after two hours. Now I’m sleeping like a baby and all through the night, which has been a challenge for me for many years. These are a little and fit in my small eardrum perfectly and do not fall out in the night. They are comfortable and I love the white noise sound that calms me and helps me stay asleep. The app was a little challenging at first and took a few days before I could figure out how to get the music to play all night long and instead of shutting off after two hours. Tiny bit more complex and maybe not as user-friendly of an app as some of the other sleep buds I have purchased in the past, but these work great, and the others are constantly defective/breaking so I’m optimistic this time. This will be my choice for many years going forward.

These earbuds are a game changer for sleep. They’re soft, comfortable to lie on, and they do a fantastic job of masking outside noises like snoring or traffic without blasting music. The app has a nice variety of sleep sounds, and the battery easily lasts through the night. My only complaint is they aren’t quite as invisible in the ear as I hoped, so side-sleepers might feel them a bit. Still, the comfort and noise masking are miles better than anything else I’ve tried. A solid 4 stars.

Case has nice feel to it. Easy to switch out sizes for squishy wrap, which are very comfortable, choices also nice since my ears are different sizes. Easy to remove from ears with small hands with short nails. They have only came out of my ears while sleeping a couple times. Charge lasts all night, case recharges last me all week. Full recharge is quick, about a couple hours. Sound quality is better than my JBLs, as well as better noise cancelling, and comfort. Options for sounds are great, really like the way it gives you ways to build your sounds, and then offers 3 choices to scroll when not connected to phone- saves battery I presume. The snore-blocking capability is why I really got these, and they do amazing. Snore block/train/rain combo is my go-to. Only a couple slight negatives- when opening case the battery indicator lights are bright, wakes you up a bit (or anyone near you). I've used it as a quick flashlight. Also, it may be just me, but One of my ears is tender to lay on and I have to put my hand propped up around that ear to prevent it from being sore. I even have the smallest wrap on it, so it is probs just my ear.

I bought these for my wife and she LOVES them! She has had them for about 9 months and sleeps with them every night. They have held up perfectly, which isn’t the experience we have had with other sleep buds. Audio quality is great and they are ultra comfortable in your ear allowing you to use them as a side sleeper (also not the case with other earbuds). Great battery life on these also and super easy to pair. Charging case is high quality and super slick with a sliding top. Highly recommend if you are looking for something you can sleep in comfortably that is also premium and offers great sound quality!

I bought these earbuds in July 2025 and it's now January 2026. Since I've now been using these nightly for a good while, figured it was high time for a review. I'm a very light sleeper. I've got a white noise machine in my bedroom, but it wasn't enough to drown out the sounds that tend to wake me up at night (mainly the cats thundering around the house at 3am). I had read/watched several reviews of these before I decided to buy, but had also seen some pre-release chatter about the updated model (the A30). Decided the ANC wasn't something that I really needed and decided to give these a shot. I love them. I hadn't planned to use them every single night, but I have. Every night. Used the app to mix a nice set of pre-loaded audio and I've slept like a baby since July. Well, until... Starting in December or so, I started having issues with my left earbud either not charging randomly or only charging up to 50% and dying halfway through the night. I reached out to Anker support and let them know what was going on. They immediately sent out a new set of earbuds. I'm relieved. Amazing support, as always. I'm happy to have my earbuds back and look forward to many more nights of undisturbed sleep. <3 I can't recommend these enough (but I'll certainly try). ----- Some extra details: Sleep position: Side-sleeper (haven't had any discomfort). Ear size: Pretty small. Normal earbuds tend to hurt, but these don't. Sounds being masked: Cats that run like elephants, a dog that licks himself way too early in the morning, and every annoying sound that you'd encounter at a hotel. Best sleep sound mix: Snore masking 1 + rain + orange noise at 70% volume. Perfection.
