Biggest flaw is the traffic updates. It has to sync from a smart phone at all times. Garmin is a far better company to go with. I used Garmin for 5-6 years before having to switch to this TomTom.

Posted .Hey there! We do apologize that you need to sync your phone to your device in order to get traffic. However, this only uses between 7-9 MB per month if used regularly, so almost no data is used! Cheers, Chelsea at TomTom

It was less expensive to replace the entire unit than repair the old one and this screen is larger. The controls took some getting used to but I have grown to like it better than the first one.

GPS does not know north from south

Bad purchase

I bought this product after reading the reviews and also for the big screen size. My android phone is not compatible. The traffic option does not activate, unless connected to the iphone. Charging cannot be done at home. Having a hard time to understand.

I am now converted to GPS items
