Q: I don't have a smartphone - how do I get the map updates?
A: You will receive your updates when you connect the GPS to your computer. The software from TomTom is "MyDrive connect" .Moreover, you do not need a smartphone.

Q: Do the US maps include Hawaii? Specifically Oahu.

Q: bluetooth?
A: The Go 60 S GPS will eventually put TomTom out of business if they do not withdraw it, develop another product, and accept that it is the worng product for the market. Because its single Bluetooth is used for traffic functions, use with phone and music is precluded. There are a lot of excuses recorded on Best Buy, but for goodness sake, go buy a Garmin. They refuse to update it. There are way too many bad things about the GO that you find when using it. The poorly performing screen (you need to push it very hard) is dreadful. The badly written software is illogical. The use of tiny characters is unforgivable. The colors must certainly be changed since they make it unreadable. Who approved this product?
