Disappointing GPS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this GPS in my hopes that it would really be a great GPS, my only problem with it was the screen was not bright enough to see while driving during the daytime, in evening hours I didn't have any problem seeing the screen. There is no adjustment either to fix this problem.

Posted .Hello, thank you for the review. We are aware that some users have issues with the visibility of the maps under sunlight and are working on improving the map colours. In the meantime, you can adjust the appearance so as to provide better background in the Appearance menu. Additionally, you can slightly tilt the device so as to provide better visibility.

Good GPS Device for the Money

This is because we are very often releasing lots of new handy updates and improvements. Which is why we update an online PDF of the guide. I pretty much had it down without having to read the instructions but not with this one, not as user-friendly but it is a nice device the screen is nice and big and some things are actually much easier, but it doesn't do as I know so far, as much as my other one did. and this is a higher grade, so I'll probably have to download the manual read and actually try to see how to make it do as the other ones did. But I do like it a lot.

If it is a known and recognized road, it should be included on our maps! Make sure you have updated to the latest version of the maps so that all possible roads are included! Cheers, Chelsea at TomTom
