Good Product - But Can't Sync Online Favorites

One hangup I have is that you can't sync MyDrive Favorites from the online map to the device - they have to manually entered into the device. The online map shows it's connected and even says it's syncing - but it isn't. Turns out this is the GO 25 (the VIA 1515TM is apparently the American version of the European GO 25) and the online favorite sync is available on the GO 40 and above. Unfortunately it took me 4 hours to figure this out. I found it way more convenient on the old TomTom One XL I owned, but upgraded because of lifetime maps and traffic. I'll ultimately keep it and figure out a work around - happy, but disappointed on something I figured was a given considering it could be done on older devices.

All you can ask for a reliable GPS

Last August 2016, we drove from Illinois to California in 4 days, drive through Mojave desert, went to Grand Canyon and Las Vegas then LA, this GPS keeps on working, NO LOST signal even you are in the middle of Mojave Desert or near Grand Canyon, even we dont have Cellphone signal anymore. We also went to Canada, No problem, we customized the GPS so it will avoid toll and always update you for the fastest route and warn you for the traffic ahead... Amazing product

I like Tom Tom better than Garmin because of the ease with which to view multiple alternate routes and the order used to enter addresses (city, street, number). The only negative is that the "Traffic" signal takes a long time to connect (20-30 minutes).

Navigation is not accurate !!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought this GPS just 2 days back for my wife and I am using it to check navigation are accurate or not. When i put the address to My home address or Office address , it leads me to a wrong location and it is not accurate as well. Some features are good but it is not good for beginners who have not used the GPS till now . I am going to return this product.

It doesn’t sounds right at all if it’s not directing you to the correct location. It sounds like there may be a problem with the mapping. Have you tried updated to the latest maps? If you have and you still having problems, please feel free to get in contact with us and we’d be more than happy to go through some trouble shooting with you, of course if haven’t returned the product. Worked 1 Day
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the TomTom VIA 1515TM yesterday 8/17/2016 @ Best Buy #154 in Cincinnati. It worked 1 day. I have had three TomToms so far, and while their windshield mounts have been below average, I have not had problems with the GPS units themselves. Once again I pushed the "Kick Me" button and bought a mediocre product. I used it on the day I purchased it. The next afternnon (8/18) I wnet to use it and it would not turn on.. Checked cord, cigarette lighter, multiple attempts to restart and still no working GPS. Not satisfied at all.
