Great Product for the Price

Very easy to use, good audio, nice features and pretty easy to mount. However, the software update process (for the 1st time) was a bit of hassle. The touch screen should have been a little better.

It finally took contacting their help line to work out the differences. Their claim was that everything was fine and there was no problem. We shall see.

If your commute is along those routes and you want to buy it for traffic coverage, use your cell phone.Too bad BestBuy allows no return after 14 days, unbelievable. Touch screen is a little sluggish, but acceptable. Routing is very good, and I like all the info available about your trip on the display. I would not recommend it to anyone for traffic coverage.

It worked well for years then had a software issue that tech support couldn't fix. This new one worked great but I opted to exchange it for the larger 6" screen which doesn't have the resolution or brightness of the smaller screen but does have more features.
