I bought this to replace a competitor's system which failed in less than 2 years. Setup was super easy and fast. Throughput is faster than anything my previous system could produce, regardless of where I am in my home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new mesh system.

    Constant drop outs...

Sadly, I am among those who suffered constant drop outs and crazy frustrations with this mesh setup. I ended up reverting to my old setup because I could maintain connectivity. One member of my household works from home and could not get a consistent connection even when using Ethernet from base to his computer. Everything would drop off and need rebooting. Fortunately I was able to return it. I am very reticent of trusting any mesh network at this time. Have tried Google, Eero, and TP-Link. Keep going back to a "normal" wifi router and an extender. Pros: when it worked, it was crazy fast. *when it worked*....

So far so good. Love having the mesh network and TP makes it easy to customize how you control the system. Switched from the google 6E because of poor connection issues. Not having the problem with the Deco.

I have a fiber optic that pumps out 1000mbs however when I use the upstairs computer the average speed is 37mbs. My router just wasn’t strong enough. After setting up the Mesh the speed jumped to over 400mps. Really fantastic. I had a very hard time setting it up. I would get the mesh’s signal but it wasn’t sending data. After a half hour of trying I called support. They were polite but if no help. They promised me an expert to call back…never happened and it’s been three days. What I did to get it working was to connect the included mesh cable to the router and base XE75 system. After a few repeat tries to connect it finally did connect. Then I added two satellites but both took a few times to connect with the mesh. I then organized the string of how they connect. Once completed it works great.

I had a Linksys mesh system and one of the nodes stopped working. I wanted to upgrade and through a lot of research, landed on the TP Deco. Easy to install, which was not the case a few years ago with Linksys, and I've no issues at all since purchase several weeks ago.

I was surprised how easy it was to set this up straight out of the box. On my very first Zoom and then had a Windows meeting the people in the ither end said my speach was erratic. I then moved the mesh unit into my office and also plugged the Ethernet cable into my computer directly from the mesh unit and since then its been great. I need to try just the wifi without cable again to check connection quality.

You definitely get your moneys worth with this mesh wifi system. I’ve been experiencing issues with my wifi lately, barely pushing 100 megabits on 2,000 megabits plan. I still don’t get anywhere near 2,000 but it’s most likely due to my house being two floors and with plenty of walls. I now get up to 500 megabits upstairs and up to 800 downstairs where the main router is located. I’m definitely happy with my purchase!

Bought this system to increase speeds in 2 rooms specifically in my house. Before, I was barely getting maybe 25 mbps in 1 room, and it shot up to 200 mbps instantly. On top of accomplishing that, it worked itself into the network seamlessly while increasing speeds all around. Truly happy with this purchase.

This Deco setup made a huge difference for my home WiFi setup. We just started with Rise Broadband internet and i was using the Deco units they provided. It was ok. I bought these Deco units and now i have no problems with WiFi signal in my house and garage and outside in my yard. Speed and signal strength were both a big improvement!!

These were very simple to set up and are working very well, providing a strong mesh starting in the upstairs office on the far side of the house, all the way downstairs to the other side. There does seem to be the occasional momentary drop, but depending on what device you are using (like a phone) you won't ever notice. Not sure if it's really worth the $399 I paid, but it is a quality product.

It was time to upgrade my mesh system, and the reviews of this one were mostly positive. I’m very pleased so far, as my speeds are better and my connection is much more stable. The system was stupid easy to install, and I was completely up and running within 20 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommend. For context, my home is roughly 3700 sq feet and is a two level home.
