My kids always complained about the game lagging and kept asking everyone to get off the WiFi. We have 3 PS 5 game consoles, 4 fire sticks and cell phones. Now we can all be on the network without any issues.

Great at first but…..
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The system was very easy to set up and use; worked great for the first 6 months. The problems started when we had a power outage. Once the power came back on the mesh system would not connect to the internet. After doing some research online I discovered this was a known and common problem. The only way I was able to get ot working was to delete my network, hard reset all units and start from scratch. This means I have to reconnect ALL of our smart devices to a new network every time the power flickers. Completely unacceptable for only being 6 months old! Now I’m out $300 and have to buy a whole new mesh system. Stay away from TP-Link XE75 pro

If Internet is not restored following a power loss, this may be a result of the Internet connection negotiation between your Internet source (e.g., modem, ONT, gateway) not taking place due to the power anomaly. Typically, if this is the case, it may be resolved by turning off power to both the main Deco and your Internet source device, followed by restoring power ONLY to your Internet source device (wait for it to fully boot up and connect), then restore power to the Main Deco.

Worst System Ever, DON'T BUY IT, WASTE OF TIME

TP-Link does not honor warranty

They said they would send me a return tag and instructions to receive a new one. That was 10 days ago. When I called today. They told I will get the return ticket when they have time

I would like to ask you to reach out to us at USSupportTeam@tp-link.com. We need to investigate this situation. We need to determine what was said and where the misunderstanding took place so we can correct it. Warranty replacements are not as simple as us sending you a return tag and instructions. You have to register the product, the RMA then has to be approved by support, then you as the customer need to choose your shipping method. Once that is completed then the RMA process can begin, based on the shipping method chosen. We will also need any Case, Ticket or RMA number you have be provided.

Worked great 1.5 years and then one pod died.

what a waste

NO WEB INTERFACE

It seems you are referring to the Deco App. Yes, it is a simplified approach to network management. However, it's still full-featured. Sure you have a unified SSID and you can't manage the channel or bandwidth settings for the wireless network but that is common with Mesh systems as all units have to be on the same channel in order for them to talk to each other through the wireless backhaul.
Additionally, there may be a web interface, but it is limited to a network map, logs and manual firmware updates. The app is the only management interface for Deco

Should have been this to begin with

More like tp link realized they screwed up by not putting a 2.5gb port on it. How exactly do you claim speeds on a 6E network of 2500Mbps when you dont have a port to the internet that can reach that speed? At this point might as well wait on their wifi 7 routers. Or maybe even the “Pro” versions of those.
