    I was thoroughly enjoying this product until the waterpik function itself randomly stopped working. The brush head itself was tiny, but I was willing to deal with it as I was finally able to brush and floss simultaneously. Oh well, there’s goes a product that is too good to be true.

    This is a replacement for my first combination brush/Flosser that lasted three years. This works ok but is a bit testy if water container isn’t perfectly set. I’ve had it completely leak the entire resovoir. Also buttons are less sensitive to touch. Over all satisfactory function but nothing to rave about. Pricey but essentially functions as expected

    The waterpik did not work, but they immediately sent another one, which works fine. I did not have to return the defective unit.
