My overall rating is excellent. My dentist suggested getting a Waterpik but didn't give an explicit model I should buy. I checked the website and saw the Sonic-Fusion not only water flosses but has an electric toothbrush and decided to get the Sonic-Fusion 2.0. Most retailers were selling it at the $180 but I saw Best Buy dropped the price to $160 and bought it online. The unit I bought had a glitch with either the water pump or the floss switch in the toothbrush not signaling the pump to turn on. Meaning no water flossing when I first charged it. Followed set up instructions and tried resetting according to instruction booklet but no luck. Good news is Best Buy has stores I can walk into and ask for an exchange or refund. So no hassle of mailing it back like that other online retailer. Better still, the Best Buy store had one in stock and no waiting for delivery of my replacement unit either. In the photo below, the light for "Floss" has a blue color while "Brush", "Speed", and charge lights have a white color. If you just bought one and you don't see that blue light after charging overnight when you remove it from the charger or there's no sound from the water pump, you can easily return it to your local Best Buy for exchange or refund. I told my dentist about the glitch and exchanged for the same model. She told me to just let the bristles of the brush gently rest on your teeth while brushing. There is no need to press like a using regular soft bristle toothbrush. I just put a pea sized amount of toothpaste on the bristles, brush the upper and lower teeth on the right, rinse, then do the same with the left. The water flossing makes flossing in general so much easier. I've used dental tape and flossing picks before but it's not easy flossing those back upper molars. The Sonic-Fusion's water flossing does an excellent job removing food stuck between those very molars and other teeth because I can see the little particulates when I spit out the water into the sink. I read a review of the compact brush head that comes with the unit and you can buy the larger "regular" bush head. Personally, I'm sticking to buying the compact replacement brushes because it reminds me of what my current and prior dentists use when I go for professional cleanings.

Easy to set up and it's takes up very little room it is the best thing I've done to maintaining oral health

I LOVE THIS TOOTH BRUSH - My dentist recommended it to be since I got veeners and he said it's one of the BEST toothbrushes out there since it gets food unstuck from in between your teeth that you may have not gotten by just flossing and brushing. Truly a game changer in keep your gums and teeth healthy!

I love my new Sonic-Fusion Waterpik! It’s small and easy to travel with. It also doesn’t take up very much space near my bathroom sink. Also, Best Buy was excellent in assisting me at the store. Thank you.

Using this product has made a difference on my teeth and gums. After my check up at the dentist, they saw improvement overall! My husband and I each have one!
