Customers are saying
Customers highly value the Sonic-Fusion 2.0's superior cleaning capabilities, particularly around the gum line and implants, and its ease of use. Many appreciate the combined brushing and flossing functionality, although some find the brush head size to be small. While the water pressure is impressive to many, concerns exist regarding battery life and the noise level at higher speeds.

No more excuses to not floss
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was brushing with an electric toothbrush plus then flossing and finally using my waterpik. But many times, I would skip the waterpik as I just didn’t want to deal with another device. The waterpik sonic-fusion 2.0 all-in-one makes it easy to floss every time you brush. With just a push of a button you can go from brushing and/or flossing – so no more excuses not to floss. Overall, a nice unit and would recommend. Easy step by step instructions made for a quick setup. Compact all-in-one design takes up less counter space. The first time using the brush/waterpik mode I made the mistake of not turning the water pressure down first as I got a face full of water. Suggest starting with the water pressure on low setting. The waterpik did an excellent job flossing and it is a tad noisy but not anymore than my prior waterpik only unit. Toothbrush did a nice job of cleaning my teeth too. The option to detach toothbrush from the base for hose free brushing is nice. Hose quickly snaps back in place to floss. Like that you can detach the tootbrush/power handle for travel and comes with a protective travel case. Only one brush head included with unit but when you register your product you receive 50% off the purchase of an additional brush head plus free shipping. Looking online 2 heads normally run about $25. Also comes with a 3-year warranty. Seems like a nice sturdy unit and look forward to having nice clean gums and teeth and recommend for anyone looking for better dental health!

So much better than a just brushing.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not very good at always flossing (except for the day before and the morning of my dentist appt. ), but this has increased my teeth cleaning habbit of flossing. It was shocking at how much this small waterpik machine cleaned out and made for a more complete brushing, even after i finished brushing really well. I like to brush first and then use the waterpik. As proof to it working better than just brushing, the first few times i tried to brush and to rinse really well and to get my teeth as clean as i thought i could. Then i filled the water tank with warm water and used the waterpik as the final step, just to see if the extra step (and cost) was worth it. OMG! I was shocked at how much my toothbrush and good rinsing was leaving behind. Now that im totally convinced that is does a much better job than just brushing, I’m using it a little differently. While i still fill it with warm water, i also add a little mouthwash to the 1/2 tank of water and use it while i still have some toothpaste around my teeth, so the waterpik will get some toothpaste between my teeth on my final cleaning and rinsing. Sooo much cleaner and fresher than just a tooth brush. I wont ever be without one of these now that i have seen how much was left behind by my toothbrush. I have found myself using those gental glide floss picks from the dollar store much more often since seeing how much this waterpik cleans out after brushing. If you want to keep your teeth, have fresh breath and save on future expensive dental bills, this is worth buying and using at least several times a week.

Great space saver, works perfectly
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Waterpik Sonic Fusion 2.0 is a great unit that saves bathroom counter space (and electric outlets) vs having a separate Waterpik flosser and electric toothbrush. The system combines the water flosser and toothbrush in one, so you are using the water flosser base as your charging station. I found the toothbrush offers a similar feel to other "sonic" toothbrushes - it does not have any rotating bristles, just the ultrasonic vibration back and forth. Unlike other sonic toothbrushes that offer a bunch of extra modes that don't seem to offer any benefit (at least to me), the Sonic Fusion brush just has two speeds you can control, along with being able to floss and brush at the same time. As for that combo brush + floss, at first I found myself pretty confused since the water quickly washes away any toothpaste on the brush. After a few days of use, what I've settled on is doing a full 2 minutes of brushing, then filling with warm water and doing the brush + floss to get a little extra gum stimulation while I'm using the water flosser. There's nothing that beats the clean feeling after using this device! The water tank is enough to run for about a minute. My only concerns with this device are longer term travel (there isn't any indication in the manual how many minutes of brushing you can get per charge) and being able to share the waterpik with my spouse. It only comes with one brush head in the box - so I guess an accessory purchase is coming sooner than my 3rd month :). As far as travel is concerned, it does come with a travel case, just nothing to charge the handle when you're on the go.

Great, but slightly confusing and messy.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do you want clean teeth? This WILL DO IT! However, actually using it can be somewhat confusing on the proper technique. There are separate buttons for flossing and brushing. You can use both at the same time, but are you supposed to? If you floss and brush at the same time, the toothpaste gets washed away quickly. You can floss first and then brush, but that takes longer. This thing can also be quite a mess and accidentally spray water everywhere until you get used to it. You WILL need to use it while your head is directly over a sink. The one thing that confuses me is that the unit came with a carrying case for the toothbrush part (which can be separated from the flossing "water pump" base). If you detach the head, then you can take it with you, but the charger is built into the base, so you will have no way to recharge it while on the road. The only other concern is that the toothbrush rests in the base, where it is charged. So the battery is always kept at full charge, and topped up after every use. This can be hard on the life of the battery. It would have been nice to be able to store the brush in the base without charging until the battery got down to 20% charge in order to maximize the life. Still, a great unit that will clean your teeth quite well.

How Convenient!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Waterpik Sonic-Fusion 2.0 fits nicely on my bathroom countertop. The small tank dictates that it is probably intended to be used by one person since the tank size is limited. The unit has buttons for "brush", "floss" and "speed". The low speed works well and I noticed that the high speed leaves your mouth tingling. There is also a dial for the intensity of the "floss" portion so most folks should be able to find a setting that meets their needs. The head is removable from the hose/base for convenience when brushing. I've used this unit to floss first, then disconnected the head to brush. Although it is possible to floss/brush at the same time the toothpaste doesn't last very long! I'll stick to using them as separate functions. Brush has a 2-minute timer with a slight pause every 30-seconds. For those who need a little extra time, simply restart the brush. I did notice that even when the head is disconnected from the hose, the "floss" button still turns the pump on. Fortunately, it doesn't spray water but it caused a brief panic. I'm really not sure why this function would even be permitted. I currently use a Waterpik and a separate electric toothbrush. I had never given much thought to combining them into one device but it certainly is convenient! I really enjoy the "sonic-fusion" effect of the toothbrush and it leaves my teeth feeling really clean. Feels like I just left the Dentist office (without a bill or any discomfort).

Good electric toothbrush.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sonic Fusion 2.0 is a great electric toothbrush and waterpik combo. Inside the box, you get the main unit, the toothbrush, and a nice hard carrying case. The main unit has the water tank and a detachable Water hose that connects to the toothbrush to turn it into a waterpik. The side of the unit has a dial that is labeled 1-10, this the the intensity of the water pressure that comes out of the waterpik. The water hose doesn't have to be attached in order to use the electric toothbrush, meaning you have the choice to use just the toothbrush, or you can use both the waterpik and the toothbrush at the same time. The toothbrush has 2 different speed settings, normal and high. I found that the normal setting works just fine for me and is able to clean my teeth very well. When I combine the toothbrush with the waterpik I get an even better cleaning. The rechargeable battery lasts a good amount of time without having to charge. This comes in handy, especially if you decide to take the toothbrush on trips and don't bring the charging base with you. Overall, I think this Sonic Fusion 2.0 is solid electric toothbrush/waterpik combo. The toothbrush does a fantastic job at cleaning my teeth and the waterpik manages to get in between every little crack and crevice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new electric toothbrush.

Awesome level of Cleanliness
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sonic Fusion is the best of both worlds. It incorporates the trusted quality and performance of Waterpik's water flossing system and a sonic toothbrush. Sonic toothbrushes use a vibration method to force the toothbrush head to move from side to side at extremely high rates. The Fusion 2.0 brush head vibrates fast enough for 31000 strokes per minute. Not everyone takes the time to use the correct technique with a manual toothbrush to get the same results as most electric toothbrushes. The Sonic Fusion 2.0 promises twice the performance versus manual toothbrushes, with 99.9 percent of plaque removal from treated areas. As the first company to combine a toothbrush and a water flossing system, Waterpik® has upgraded the Fusion 2.0 with twice the vibration speed and 30 percent more flossing power, over their first design. The water flossing system can reach up to 100psi with 1400 pulses per minute. If that is too powerful for your gums, don't worry , you can adjust the flossing power level on the base. It has 10 different power levels. The toothbrush has just 2 speeds, for people that want the extra power and a low setting for people with sensitive teeth. The waterpik reservoir holds 16 ounces of water and takes 60 seconds to empty it. The brush has a 2 minute timer, and typically can run for 56 minutes before needing another charge. The charging is all wireless, and happens when the toothbrush is set in the base, provided the base is plugged into an outlet. The Waterpik hose can be easily removed from the toothbrush with the press of just one button, so that the brush can be used untethered. The toothbrush works great and leaves your teeth feeling smooth and clean. The waterpik works very well also. However, you need to keep your mouth open, and above a sink. The powerful jet of water works great at getting between your teeth, but can also make a little bit of mess with the splash zone. Typically I get some over splash on the sink, but it can easily be wiped down with a rag, or tissue. At level 10 for the waterpik, I did feel some discomfort, a little pain, and a few drops of blood. It is probably easier to start on the lower end of the power scale, and keep increasing the setting till you find your comfort zone. I like to eat a lot of popcorn, so this brush and waterpik system is perfect for me. The water flossing pops the kernels out with ease. You can even use mouthwash in the waterpik reservoir if you want, for a fresher feel. Overall, this is a great oral care system. It works so well in fact that I can't stand the feeling of anything sticking to my teeth now. I use to be able to make it all day at work, eating lunch, drinking soda and snacking, all without hardly thinking of brushing my teeth. However, now that I'm used to what my teeth can feel like this clean, all I can do is think about getting home to brush my teeth again. It really is such a good feeling to have that level of cleanliness about your teeth.

Great Dental Hygiene Device
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never been a fan of string floss and this is so much easier to use than standard dental flossing. The water streaming is gentle on the gums and gets to places that are difficult to reach due to the pulsating water pressure. The vibrating toothbrush has a smaller surface than most standard brushes making it easier to hit the back of the mouth. It does a great job with cleaning. This system gives one the ability to brush and rinse simultaneously while cleaning in between teeth. The water pressure has multiple settings to control how forceful it hits your gums. This gives you the ability to just brush, just water floss or both actions at the same time.

Dental Hygienist at the Convenience of Your Home
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Waterpik - Sonic-Fusion 2.0 is an amazing tool that 100% delivers on the advertised flossing and brushing. I honestly was skeptical about the effectiveness of high pressure water breaking up the tartar from my teeth, because they are so close together. At first I bought a smaller, handheld Waterpik. It filled my mouth with water too quickly and lacked the pressure to remove the tartar. Using it was a pain because I was spewing out so much water but was not achieving clean teeth. I decided to try this Waterpik - Sonic-Fusion 2.0 to see if it could clean my teeth / gums. The first-time results blew me away!! Very little water but a lot of (completely adjustable) pressure left no doubt that this is a serious dental tool. One glance at the old food bits in the sink that it removed from my mouth is all it took - WOW!! The clean feeling similar to a visit to the Dental Hygienist immediately follows the in-home cleaning! In addition to the amazing flossing, this tool includes a sonic electric toothbrush. I already own and love my Sonicare toothbrush but I found this toothbrush/floss tool to be just as effective; so for the same length of time, two minutes, that I normally brush my teeth, I am getting clean teeth and gums, both brushed and flossed. I have always had extreme difficulty in flossing because of my teeth spacing. They would break the floss every time and it would get stuck between my teeth. I still cannot believe that this tool is so effective at flossing my teeth! Caution: When moving the wand from my lower mouth to my upper mouth, the first time I was not careful and it blasted the roof of my mouth. That really hurt! Again, this is such a powerful tool that has the ability to seriously keep your teeth and gums clean, so it would only make sense that pointed at the roof of your mouth, it would not feel so good. The power is completely adjustable, but solving this issue is simply a matter of getting used to the water jet and directing it as you move it from bottom to top. CONCLUSION: Waterpik - Sonic-Fusion 2.0 earns my highest recommendation, without any hesitation.

Floss&Brush All-In-One Revolution by WATERPIK 2.0
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PROS: • Novel design that offers options for user to BRUSH ONLY, FLOSS ONLY or BRUSH & FLOSS simultaneously. • Initially had apprehensions because a less sophisticated competitor did not afford the range of adjustments for flow rate of the flossing water that’s available with the WATERPIK model. • The water flow on the competitor’s model was so high that my gums felt stung by the high impact of the water. Moreover, the other model was only a flosser, not a two action (brush & floss) in one brush head deal. • At the lowest point on the dial, the WATERPIK affords a very low and gentle water flow so the user can turn up the volume for higher impact flossing to ‘tolerance’ after getting comfortable with handling the tool. • As well, the WATERPIK brush function has a high and low setting. • Due to the range of adjustments, integrating the brush with the floss function was an unexpectedly easy transition. • I have a countertop water filter that delivers ionized water: acid, alkaline and purified. Using the negatively ionized water in the WATERPIK unit gives me a deeper cleaning than purified water only. • But any mouth wash or similar dental hygiene product can be used as the flossing liquid. • When I found my teeth were sensitive to the flossing impact of chilly water, I now warm up my water just a tad before starting a brush and floss session. • I use the WATERPIK as a complement to daily electronic brushing and flossing with essential oils such as peppermint, spearmint, wintergreen (when dowsed positive). • Bottomline, I liked the extreme fresh mouth results so much that, next day, I used the ½ OFF Coupon Code to purchase a second, larger brush head at the WATERPIK online store. • The multi-tasking brush and floss solution helps all who are 'dental hygiene resistant' to up their plaque elimination game, especially great for those who find flossing near impossible. CONS: • Though the tool is one giant step for humanity, disappointed that when the battery dies, the unit must be trashed in order to recycle the battery. • You literally must crack open the bottom of the brush handle to remove the battery. Consumers could use a battery range data point as one might get with an EV. As well, an EMF data point is useful for those who are sensitive to electromagnetic fields. • Among a litany of other personal and household tools, electric toothbrushes should allow easy battery removal and replacement. • During our green initiative to mitigate global warming, corporations should be leaders in post-consumer waste management. Protecting the buyer’s ‘Right to Repair’ reduces waste and eliminates the microaggression of transparent ‘planned obsolescence’. • When I experience durable longevity in a product, I become a loyal brand ambassador with lots of promotional good will to share.

I don't hate flossing anymore
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There really isn't much to say about this product that isn't listed in the description. It functions beautifully both as a brush and a flosser. It's easy to set up, easy to use and my teeth have never felt healthier. As someone who never developed a flossing habit I am so excited for my next dentist appointment where I can confidently say I now do. This is such a great product. My only regret is not getting it sooner!
