Excellent product. I bought a different brand on Amazon, and the replacement heads were scary, and the pieces were falling out in my mouth. So I decided to go namebrand on this. And so far I am very happy with my purchase.

Cleans food from in between teeth real well. A little more of a task to use as opposed to plain flossing and brushing.

1.5 years into own this product, I started getting puddles of water on my counter whenever I didn't fully use all of the water in the base. I contacted warranty support, and they had me send several photos and answer a series of questions in our back and forth. Finally they responded saying that the reservoir is not meant to hold water, so they would not do anything about my defect. Essentially, that thing that holds water for your waterpik? Ya, it's not supposed to hold water. I have several issues with this warranty response. First and foremost, whenever there was any water left in the reservoir previously, it never was an issue. It only started being an issue after 18 months. So certainly it's not SUPPOSED to leak. Also, the back and forth with lots of questions and requesting pictures I can only interpret as an attempted runaround so people give up on and forget (as my pictures ended up meaningless), or say something they can pick apart and use as a reason to not cover under warranty. I woke up again this morning to my counter covered in puddles and toilet paper and other things soaked because there was some water left in the water tank. I'd suggest you get another product unless you want the same experience.

This is a fabulous toothbrush water pik combo. My dentist is thrilled with the improvements in my gums ! Highly recommended.
