I do not like wearing this with my Apple watch, it seemed like too much so I went with Athlytic app instead. All based on preferences, the product itself is a quality product.

Pickup Location Changed Without My Request or Noti

After completing my purchase, Best Buy changed the pickup location without notifying me beforehand. What made it worse is that the email I received states that I requested the change, which is simply not true. I never asked to modify the pickup location, and there was no confirmation request or warning before the change was made. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion, especially since I went to the original pickup location expecting my order to be there. For a company as large as Best Buy, I expected clearer communication and more accurate records of customer requests. I hope Best Buy improves its internal processes and communication so other customers don’t face the same issue.
