A: You can group the devices together for certain commands and you can also control them individually should you wish to.
A: Hi PJSAZ, Smart Remote will be able to control your Pioneer AVRs via infrared only. If they are in a media closet, we recommend adding an IR repeater to your setup so it works with Smart Remote.
Q: Does it support Siri or "homekit"?

Q: Will this control a DirectTV box?
A: Hi, We confirm that Smart Remote can control DirectTV box via infrared.
A: Hi, thanks a lot for sharing your question here. Smart Remote can control Roku via Wi-Fi as a set-top box only so you won't be able to turn off and on your TV with it. You will only be able to send these commands via infrared.
