A: less than 1.

Q: Is it compatible for iPhone 7 Plus?
A: It worked great for my iPhone XR so should work on a 7.
A: You'll just need a USB wall adapter that works with european electricity. The output will be no different than the USB output from a wall adapter in the US. Best Buy will be happy to sell you a european travel adapter for all your US electric stuff, including your hair dryer and your USB wall adapter.
Q: How long on average would it last with Samsung phones?
A: The question is a bit vague, but I'll give it a try anyway. The logical answer is this: A small cell phone battery is 3,000 mAh capacity and a large Cell phone battery is 4,500 mAh capacity. You don't need to understand what that means, only understand that this battery bank is 10,000 mAh capacity. Where is logic applied? This battery is two or three times the size of a cell phone battery. It will charge a cell phone two or three times, IF the phone battery is COMPLETELY discharged, more charges if they're like usual, less than complete discharge. Hope that helps somebody understand what they're looking at.
