• The Quick Start Guide is available under the Overview section. Press and hold the LED status button for three seconds to enter small charging current mode (<100 mA) to charge small current charging devices such as a Bluetooth earphone.

• The button is to turn on the unit after you have plugged in your device. And to check the battery level left. 4 led lights on is 100%, 3 is 75%, 2 is 50%, and 1 is 25%.

• The "instructions" don't explain and I never figured it out either. It does make the LED blink - but I have no idea what that signifies. :(
