Easy install, sounds great in the 03 Vue. I wanted an aux and USB port up front as well as play my cds. This is perfect! The only issue I have is that the source and mode buttons are too sensitive. Then maybe it's because my knob isn't there to keep me from hitting them accidentally. Will be buying one soon.

It sounds great. It's great great great great great great great. I would recommend this stereo to anyone looking for an easy to use stereo. The USB port is very handy for use with iPod or iPhone. It's also nice to have the satellite radio. I'm very happy with it.

He bought a mini usb to put in usb drive you can't even tell it's there and we have music on long trips now. Buttons are easy to use, and love the red highlights.

Better than OEM Stereo

Sound is very good for this price range and the pre-set EQ options made for quick tone adjustment. I found some features easier to adjust using the remote control instead of the smaller faceplate buttons. All in all I would recommend this to anyone that wants a better quality sound than most OEM vehicle stereo systems.

So for the money and the overall ease of installation and use you could do a lot worse than this Sony. If you are on a budget but want a quality head unit you cannot go wrong with this Sony!

Q: QuestionIs it necessary to have the Pandora feature with this stereo in order to access Pandora?Model CDXGT56UI does not have the Pandora feature however, is Pandora still accessible by using the app from your smart phone and connecting it to the stereo using and aux cable?

Q: QuestionWhats the maximum amount of storage this can read from a USB Flash drive?I have a 16gb flash drive, and I'm not sure if the stereo will be able to read it, and what format the stick should be in.

- A:Answer It works in my 1999 Toyota Camry. They installed it for me at Best Buy. Most of these after market units will fit with the proper installation kits. Good luck and enjoy! Just a note, the first one installed had a problem with the CD player, but was resolved when they switched it out a week later with a new one...no charge for replacing the faulty one.

Q: Questionno sound? whats wrong?i just got my 2000 mitsubishi eclipse gt out of the shop. i had this radio istalled along with a kicker subwoofer and a kicker amp for the subwoofer. everything worked fine before i got it back from the shop. now the radio turns on, the sub plays, but theres no sound coming from any of the speakers. what do i do?

- A:Answer It sounds like whoever installed it used a cheap method of wire connections. Unless they solder the wires the connections may have come undone. I do not recommend anything but solder and heat shrink over the connection after solder. Butt joints do not hold and twisting wires together is never a good idea for car stereos as they short out. I would take the radio out yourself and check the connections. You can do it, it is just a matter of confidence. What do you have to lose the radio isn;t working and the shop that installed it will probably charge you another 100 to fix what shotty work they did.

- A:Answer I don't see why it wouldn't be, you would just need to get the right dash trim kit for your car. I had mine installed by Best Buy and all they did was look up the year and make of the car and it gave a parts list of what was needed. Also don't forget if you want the satellite radio you have to buy the tuner also it doesn't come with the radio.
