  • Features
    • Drying Method: Heated drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A: No, this unit only has the following wash cycles: 1- hour wash, heavy, and normal.

Q: Is there a way to run a 2nd rinse cycle only after the normal cycle completes?

A: Hello Nicky09! Unfortunately, there is no rinse option.

Q: We just purchased a house and the dishwasher; whirlpool quiet partner I, isn’t draining. Do you know if this is common with this dishwasher and any idea what we can check Thank you

A: Vicki, we're sorry to learn that your Dishwasher isn't draining. You will want to press the cancel button and ensure there isn't anything inside blocking the drain. If further assistance is needed, please contact Whirlpool by calling 800-253-1301 weekdays between 8 am and 8 pm EST. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you. Q: I have this dishwasher and have the same problem with having to towel dry my dishes. Where do I put the rinse aid? I have looked in the book & it says to add rinse aid but it doesn’t say where to put it. Can someone please help?

A: The rinse aid dispenser is located on the door next to the detergent dispenser. You will need to turn the circle until the cap comes off and then add your rinse aid. Once the indicator shows full, you will want to replace the cap. We hope this helps!

Q: I have a brand new dishwasher. Heavy wash and heated dry. I still have to dry my dishes with a towel!!!! What’s up with that?

A: Hi Gail, for best drying performance we do recommend using a rinse aid like Jet Dry. If you are currently using a rinse aid, you may need to consult your Use and Care Guide to make adjustment to your dispenser to increase the amount released.
