Overall good vacuum and great service from BestBuy
Love my robot vacuum! It makes keeping the house clean a lot easier, especially with 3 dogs. Love that it mops too. Gets most of what needs to be cleaned even under bed. Just have t clean up on walls and behind things. Sometimes it has issues with navigating and getting stuck and it is a little bit of a bother to keep the unit itself clean and do the maintenance on it but it's easier to do that than constantly having to vacuum and mop everything myself all the time. Cool thing I was able to replace it when I had an issue cause it was under warranty. Had some minor issues with the mop pads not spinning or moving in and out but they totally replaced it with no issue, twice!

It's not horrible
It's been working now for the past 9 months. It has lost its ability to navigate properly twice, which forced me to remain my home. But afterwards it goes back to working properly. No major complaints. It doesn't like shaggy carpets, or thresholds higher than 3/4 of an inch. I had to devise a bridge over my threshold, which it gets stuck in about 30% if the time. There are much better versions out now, but this is definitely worth it for the price point.

Best that I had so far!
The N30 PRO OMNI is efficient, quiet, and eco-friendly. It handles dust and pet hair well, saves energy, and is easy to use. The dustbin is a bit small, but overall it’s a reliable and sustainable cleaning helper.
