    Works great

Purchased this for my office. It works great, the speed is great and the range is very good. The app used to manage the access point works well. I would recommend it.

    Great WAP

This WAP has greatly improved the wireless coverage in my house. The Omada cloud controller is an amazing feature. Using the WAP requires much more configuration than a combination wireless router, be sure you know what you’re doing when purchasing this. Well worth every penny

    Good value

The access point comes with a power over ethernet injector or you can use a POE switch to power it up. Setup is fairly easy, simply login to the AP from a web browser or use the Omada Cloud controller software for more features such as network activity reports and to setup and sync settings to multiple APs at once.

  • Can you use two of these devices with one router? I have a detached garage that needs wifi and the back of the house has a terrible signal as well. The router currently in the middle. Thanks

  • So if I run an ethernet cable from my router in my house to this thang in my garage I'll have wifi internet?

Yes, as long as the Omada Access Point is connected to your network and the distance between the house and garage does not exceed the maximum standard for Ethernet. Regards, TP-Link Support
