About this product
With this service, a Geek Squad Agent will remotely help you connect one device to a wireless network.* Eligible devices include smartphones, tablets, streaming media players, gaming consoles, Smart TVs, computers, and more. You will be able to chat with the Agent over the phone or via an online chat window, and this Agent will obtain remote access to your computer so you won't have to perform important steps on your own.
Connecting your device
We'll add a networkable device to your preexisting network and verify connectivity. We can also set up file and print sharing if you request it.
Giving you the tools to maintain your network
We'll educate you on using your device. We'll also teach you how to power cycle your router.
*This is a remote service, performed by a Geek Squad Agent over the Internet. The Agent will not be able to help you set up a router or a more complex network device like a range extender or a wireless access point.
