A: Maybe Oster should consider insulating this unit just like a full size oven to cut down on the heat problem and have it vent from just one spot that they claim is the reason for the gap on the front door, which is a questionable answer ! And I wonder if Oster ever installed shatterproof doors yet, I have read of doors shattering on these ovens!
Q: Will I be able to bake cupcakes and other desserts in here?
A: yes, we have baked cookies, cupcakes, cornbread, and other pastries. We had to learn how to adjust temperatures and times to get them baked to perfection. I adjusted the times to maybe five to ten minutes, The oven only adjusts times in five minute increments.
