Quality4 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5I picked this up on black Friday, an amazing deal at $55 but at at $110 its still a nice deck. The sound is just as good as other more expensive pioneer decks i had in the past. Connected a sub (other speakers are a work in progress). Very happy with it. My only complaint is the face can scratch easy. On a side note I did have an issue with best buy that did not effect this review score. I ordered for instore pickup and was supposed to get free installation. I never recieved my email to make an appointment, and I got tired of calling them so I did it myself. So i would recommend if you are going to buy any deck that qualifies for free installation. DO NOT buy online, do it in the store.

Very good
|Posted .Lots of saved channel options, LOVE microphone speaker which works wonderfully. CD player works fine. Always looks smeared and smudges very easily but for the price works excellently.

no complaints
Posted .Just wanted to replace the factory setup, bought on Black friday for half price. Unit sounds nice & connects w/ bluetooth easily (think up to 10 phones). Illumination is good & has enough EQ customization options for a basic user. Not sure if it's because my windows are tinted really dark but i don't have the issue w/ seeing the display. Overall happy w/ my purchase

Great Head Unit
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendBought this as a deal of the day for my 1996 Toyota Tacoma and I am extremely pleased with it! I replaced an older, single slot Pioneer Premier unit that was about 11 years old. Using the factory brackets, it fit perfectly in the slot. Hoping that I could use the previous wiring plug from the old Pioneer, I was a bit disappointed to find that they flipped the pin layout on the new unit. No worries, i just cut the old one off of the wiring harness and soldered the wires together with the new wiring layout. Since I work a corporate office job, I won't turn down a chance to play with my soldering iron if the need arises! I'm loving the bluetooth connectivity and hands free calling features. I can have it set to FM Radio and if a call comes in or I need to make one, it seamlessly picks up the call. Call audio quality is great! The ARC app is a bit useless, if only to keep the time sync'd on the head unit. To connect it, you have to first set up the bluetooth connection to your phone, then center press and hold the dial on the unit until it launches the App on your phone. The Pandora and Spotify features don't work for some reason, but I am fine controlling those through my phone. I also had no problem starting Spotify on my phone and having it auto connect and play my music every time i turned my truck on during a recent road trip. The box also advertises that the radio is fast-charging compatible, but I am not sure if that works on my Galaxy S10; It seems to charge at normal speed. I turned the USB auto-play feature off so it won't play if I just want to charge my phone by plugging it in. Sound qualiy is much better than my old head unit, I'm not sure if there was a bad connection in the wiring harness before or if it was something else, the audio would clip out if i turned up the volume too much. This radio also allows you to amplify the signal on individual speakers, which is nice for my truck because the left side sounds way quieter than the right on default settings. The 1st gen Tacoma wasn't built for a premium listening experience by any means. Highly reccomended, and if you can find it on sale, I'd go for it!

Nice bargain priced tuner
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendInstall was done by geek squad for free. Unit was less than $100 even with wiring harness and mounting hardware. Unit has a lot of power and great sound compared to the stock unit that it replaced. The only con I have at this point is the visibility. Sometimes it is difficult to see the screen due to glare/brightness. The screen only has 2 settings, bright and dim. Dim is too dim except for night driving. All in all a great replacement for my stock unit and I can now be "hands free" on my phone while driving and know what the names of songs are that are playing on radio or ipod.

Q: QuestionFor those of you who purchased this unit are you pleased with it or had you wished you bought another model?? Will this fit in a 2007 Volks Jetta? I can’t seem to find the wiring harness? It says installation is free?? Does this unit have free install??
Asked by Abnormal.
- A:Answer I haven’t had one problem and I’ve had mine for a few months now. Also, the whole paying half price on Amazon so it wasn’t worth letting Best Buy install it is idiotic. Best Buy price matched all of my necessary install equipment and were done in less than a hour. The difference being mine is still working flawlessly and the other guy....not so much.

Q: QuestionWhy do my settings not save after I turn my car on again it resets the radio
Asked by Chrissy.
- A:Answer If you installed it yourself, perhaps it may be miswired. Your radio relies on constant power from your car to save settings. It’s like when you plug in your coffee maker. If you turn it off, it saves your settings because you’re still plugged in. If you disconnect it and plug it back in, you lose your settings. Try checking your wiring. Had mine installed by geek squad. If yours was too, take it in and have it checked out. They’re really good about standing behind their labor.

Q: QuestionIs this fits to Toyota Corolla 2004?
Asked by Memin.
- A:Answer If you go to the Best Buy website you can put in the type of car it will be compatible with. Before you check out it there is a place to check that information. We put it in our daughters 2010 Huyundai, and we also ordered the DIN installation kit (face plate so it fits correctly) , the Y antenna adapter, and the wiring harness adapter that was recommended for our specific vehicle when we purchased ( About $50 extra on top of the price of the stereo for all three). We did have Best Buy install as it came with free installation at the time we purchased this produce December 2018 and the installer said it was good I ordered the recommended items.

Q: QuestionDoes Best buy install?
Asked by Joe.
- A:Answer Yes they install, but beware. I had an installation estimate from 2 different Best Buy’s that were within $2.00 of each other. After the tech had my vehicle torn apart he told me the estimate was wrong and it would cost an additional $49.99 because the estimate was wrong. Not happy about that but I was happy with the installation. Estimates should only be made by techs and not salespeople.
