The radio itself is great, easy to get CarPlay working. Very intuitive radio unlike Pioneer we’re always seems like I was having issues getting it to work or the Bluetooth to work or frozen screens, etc., alpine is so much better quality wise than pioneer. You can just feel the difference. The sound is better. The functionality is better. The only thing I didn’t understand is why the CarPlay was not wireless for this price range. But just buy $50 USB adapter, and you are good to go. The only bad part about the whole transaction was the purchase itself. When I open the box for the radio, no wire in it. Best Buy said I was out of luck. Luckily, I contacted the manufacturer and was back in business. But as far as Best Buy’s customer service department? Awful!

Generally a good radio and Nav system. I don't like that you have to double pump the parking brake to get to setup mode - very annoying. I did get a backup camera for it and I use Android Auto instead of the Alpine Nav.
