I originally purchased the geek squad certified. Everything looked good and all the packaging was there. However, I noticed odd hang-ups/hesitation when background programs spooled up or shut down. This madwill me nervous and, when I started to have some power off issues, I returned it for a full refund and purchased a new one. Although many open boxes are just items people tried and didn't like enough to keep, there are some that are problems waiting to be passed on. Luckily, the issues all happened when the geek squad agent trates it when I returned it. He thought it was a defective motherboard or ssd.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Better go with a protection plan. I purchased the open-box one for like 16 days. then, the keyboard stop working after the t-pad light flashed like two times. it all happen randomly. i have already experience 4 times. Worse, today the laptop is going worse and worse and fking worse, it cannot turn on after the issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If there had been a problem with it and that was the return reason then, they would have had to fix it OR sell it much cheaper again...all the while stating online that it was defective and not fixed! There are certain rules that must be adhered to in these types of sales.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The open box carries the same warranty and protection as the unopened one. I actually bought mine as an open box and couldn't be happier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think it is and I regret not doing it. Especially if you get the insurance. The previous owner only had 2 weeks to use it I doubt anyone would damage it internally within those days.
