• Yes, you can, there is a self service panel on the bottom. The 1TB drive is a standard 2.5" sata drive and the 128GB SSD is an m.2, with an additional empty m.2 slot. If you do replace the SSD you'll just need to reinstall windows or use a program to copy the image.

• Yes you can you have a extra m.2 slot with out having to pull out the 1tb.

• Yes, but I would stick with the M.2 in there and replace the HDD. However, if you insist on changing both, you need to make sure to have all drivers backed up and a fresh copy of windows, becasue just replacing the hdd doesnt install the OS

• yes you can change the ssd drive but there is only one ssd drive slot. just unscree the bottom to replace RAM and hard drive.
