• I pre ordered mine and got it, I would recommend to go to the store you bought your copy at and they should have it for you. If not complain and throw a tantrum! LOL

• the steelbook case will most likely ship with the game. The free steelbook I got with Battlefield V shipped the same day as the game, but in a separate package from a different best buy warehouse, and arrived a day before the actual game.
