• Yes. I have 3 of these scattered around my house. They're all working together, and are maintained through the AirPort Utility on iOS or Mac.

• Yes, all you do is setup your second AirPort Extreme in a bridge mode. Then run cat 6 Ethernet cable between the two routers. That when you run one end the cable from one of the three out port on the AirPort Extreme and Connect the other end the port that’s the input. ( that would be same your modem connect on the orginial AirPort Extreme. The cable length shouldn’t matter. Just make sure all your cables at cat 6.
