“My other Arlo cameras that need batteries are always going off-line when battery is 50% or lower and ding when nothing is triggering them. Would 2nd hardwired Arlo suffice for indoor camera instead of the wireless? Or would if conflict with current wired”

It depends on your modem, how fast is your internet and how much data you have in your internet connection. The hardwired Arlo device is constantly on, that means it is online always draining your internet data. Resulting you may experience slowness in your internet connection and connection drops!
