It has a wire in all the photos. Is it truly wireless? null

The Arlo Q has a power cord only. It's probably about 10 feet long I estimate. It connects via Wi-Fi to your network and clips are sent to the cloud that way. The original Arlo cameras have no wires except for the base station that you attach to your network. Wireless ones are nice and allow them to be easily placed in most any area however every few months you have to change the batteries which can get expensive overtime.

The Arlo Q is data wireless. But it must be powered by AC power. You will need to use the included power cord.

The unit needs DC power, so you have to plug into a transformer via a standard receptacle.

It must be plugged into a wall outlet. No Ethernet connection required

The only wire is for it to be plugged into an outlet. It gets the signal from your home WiFi.

The outdoor cameras are. Our indoor camera is not.

The power source is from a wire USB cable. The Camera connect wireless to your wifi.

No, this one does have a plug to plug into the wall. I think this is for the sound, which is well worth it. They do have some that are wireless, although I have not tried them because I really needed the sound.
