A:AnswerHi,
For SBG10 686 Mbps is the theoretical maximum DOCSIS speeds, the actual speeds would depend on internet subscription and client devices you have. For instance: - SBG10 is compatible with speed tiers of up to 300 Mbps for Cox, 400 Mbps for Spectrum and 250 Mbps with Xfinity

A:AnswerThis device is not listed on Cablevision's website as an approved device with their service. Please call Cablevision to verify the compatibility
A:AnswerAT&T TV Now would just require an internet connection , it's not really dependent on the cable modem that you would have . SBG10 is a cable modem and would work only with a cable internet subscription. It won't work with Fios, DSL or satellite internet services . Please note that if you have AT&Ts internet subscription, you won't be able to use SBG10
A:AnswerI'm not a super tech nerd but I did some research and found to my understanding that your modem is only as fast as your choice of speed form your internet provider. I am using Comcast internet Blast which I believe is 300 Mbps and my Arris SBG10 has a possible speed of 686 Mbps. So I have a possibility to go faster if my provider offers another package at over the 686 Mbps. Now this is connecting with the Ethernet port. With the WiFi you may not achieve your full speed because of location of the modem ie: distance from modem, barriers like walls and floors. I have been using the Arris now for about a week and not had any issues. I have one smart TV and two TV's one with the XFi box from Comcast and one with the Apple TV, plus three cell phones, two computers and one laptop. The AC1600 WiFi seems to be working fine for me but my house is small. If you have a large house you may need to go with a WiFi mesh system for all of your wireless needs such as the eero. The eero is expensive though.
A:AnswerHi TinaB,
The Wi-Fi range is subjective based on construction materials and other environmental factors, it should meet the needs of a home under 2000 sq ft if it is centrally located.
A:AnswerThe gift box comes with the device (SBG10) and a power cable. You need to have a coax cable to connect to the coax handoff and ethernet cable (for wired connectivity)
A:AnswerHi Spencer,
Yes you would be able to use your 60 concurrent devices with the SBG10 gateway but please note that the overall throughput would decrease based on the number of devices
