Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The modem I purchased was defective (per COMCAST technician). Best Buy Reps in Chicago refused my return based on a cable that was supposed to be with item and further stated I have only until Jan 15 to return item with missing cable or I can not return. I did not answer you question, BUT beware that BEST BUY will not take the items back after 30 days no matter what the issue. I would take the time and make an effort to go to ABT (Illinois) or another electronic retailer.
