“Is this an easy unit to plug and play? i bought the same one different model and i could not get internet. it said it was compatible with Xfinity but after 3 hours on different chats, i gave up and figured i had a defective unit.”

My unit is fine I replaced the one from wow plugged it in and no problems.Pretty easy.
