However, Longlines Internet is not explicitly listed among the supported providers on ARRIS's official compatibility page. That doesn't necessarily mean it's incompatible—it just means it's not officially confirmed. If you are subscribed to their cable Internet service, contact Longlines Internet Support directly and ask if they support DOCSIS 3.1 modems, specifically the SURFboard G34. For Fiber Internet service, the G34 can be configured to function solely as a Wi-Fi router. In this setup, Ethernet port #4 on the G34 is repurposed as a WAN (Internet) port, allowing you to connect it to a Fiber ONT (Optical Network Terminal - provided by Longline) using an Ethernet cable.
