No. Your ISP will probably allow only one IP address from the modem. Ask if they can provision for both ports. It would be great if it was easy to do as you asked!

Why would you pair two routers with one high end modem that has just hit the market is beyond me! And you may want to reach out to their support to have them give you a solid answer.
