You will need to contact them (I have Comcast not Spectrum). The modem ID numbers will be different. Depending on whether you have a contract or not will also determine whether you can get customer help. If your provider has a smartphone app, you may be able to use that to set up the modem without calling them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need to enter the mac id on the modem if Spectrum has an online tool, otherwise you will have to call. The mac id is on the modem but also on the inner box that the modem came in and on the instruction booklet.
