The S33 will not work with Starry Fixed Wireless Internet service.

contact your service provider, I know it is compatible with RCN internet services.

Check with them or your local isp. First you always need to know if they allow you to purchase and use your own router. Then the isp generally has a list of routers that the support on their systems/networks. Once that’s complete and they tell you that you are good to go you can possibly self install. However it may be best and less hassle to just schedule a tech to install for you. Hope that helps.
