Yes you can use the SB6190 device with your Orbi mesh Wi-Fi system. Please ensure that there is no temporary WAN connection slow down in your area or get in touch with Xfinity to ensure that the modem is correctly provisioned to provide the 100 Mbps speeds

I don't know why it wouldn't. I'm using it right now with my Nest Wifi Mesh system and I am getting over 100 MBPS with Xfinity.
