• You can use this one, it will support 1 Gbps, in future if you want to change the download speed upto 1 gbps

• Hi Jose, Yes, this device will work with Xfinity's service and will provide support for speed tier of Up to 400 Mbps (so you should be good with your susbcription plan). Note that this is only a cable modem only and you would require a router separately to work with it.
