• You will have problems with the Intel Puma 6 based on how you use the modem. Carrier is irrelevant because it is a hardware issue. Best to just avoid any Puma 6 modem. Get a SB6183 or SB8200 instead.

• I have unfortunately encountered the Puma 6 issue on Chater Spectrum unfortunately. I was unaware of it until I purchased it and modem started to lag unfortunately.
