• Works with xfinity/Comcast as a modem only. You will need to buy a separate router to have Wi-Fi. Once you have new modem and router call your provider and give them the modem model number and serial number and you are off and going. No more rental fees and get much better wifi

• This does work with Xfinity Comcast. Need a separate router to connect for the WiFi though as the modem does not have WiFi. It was easy for me to setup once I had proper coax cable to connect to
