“Does this modem have the capability to be reset remotely?”

• If by remotely you specifically mean an app, I'm not sure. However, it offers support by logging into your device on the web so if you have a smart phone you should be able to login and tell it to reset.

• on the back of the modem or I also can do so remotely from my Xfinity app to reset the modem. I don't have a computer so I'm unsure if you can access it remotely from there.

• I dont believe so. I didnt see that option in the booklet.
