Yes! Awful performance after 14mos of use. Max I get using Xfinity speed tool is about 65Mbps and as low as .5Mbps! Do not buy this modem. Class-action case is pending...search the net for details as it relates to the SB6190. I am a verified purchaser from Best Buy.

Never had any problems since day one. This modem has produced better than one 2x's the price. I have this connected to Service Electric cable and it powers my Linksys mesh whole home effortlessly!!!

SB6190. This modem is down more than it’s up. Have to replug constantly. I either have a terrible Comcast connection or this is a poor excuse for a modem. Paired with 3 EERO routers. I will be calling Best Buy about this. Installed on 8/12/20.

If you're not using the cable modem for video conferencing then it's fine. Any use of a codak would see the jitter and Lilky get audio out of sink with video.

I have had this about a week and it works like a champ. Maybe I got a good one or others got a bad one I don't know but I works well with my Sparklight (Formerly Cable ONE) internet service

I just bought my second Arris modem. The first one quit after five years or longer. I also have a router. I need the signal to go from my bedroom to the kitchen. So far I have not had any trouble with either.

Yes. It is very insidious. All lights are lit. The globe symbol (Internet) flickers. It took me 18 months to figure out the issue.
