Class-action case is pending...search the net for details as it relates to the SB6190. I am a verified purchaser from Best Buy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.SB6190. This modem is down more than it’s up. Have to replug constantly. I either have a terrible Comcast connection or this is a poor excuse for a modem. Paired with 3 EERO routers. I will be calling Best Buy about this. Installed on 8/12/20.
