• No, this is for cable coax cables. AT&T Fiber will have an ONT Ethernet cable which connects to your router.

• Not sure you can use a cable modem with Fiber. I really don't know what type of connection (Physical plug) Fiber uses. This modem definitely connects to a coax cable. You may need something like an Adtran Modem for ADSL.
