please note that SB6190 doesn't have a phone jack in it. You can use a third party converter or you can opt for one of the voice cable modems like SBV2402, SBV3202, T25 etc. which are compatible for Xfinity's services

Again... this is a CABLE modem, not DSL. It utilizes the coax connection.

This is a cable modem. It uses the coax connection from your wall, not phone. It is not DSL.

It does not have a phone jack. Need a coax outlet or coax cable from cable company to use this to connect to internet. I don’t see a problem using this even with a home phone, they don’t use the same setup. DSL modems should be okay even with a home phone - my family has that kind of setup
