Hi, Please note SB8200 is a cable modem only, it requires a separate Wi-Fi router for wireless capabilities. It provides support for speed tiers of upto 1 Gbps

A separate router is required for connecting more than 1 device. Speed on this unit is great, just make sure you have a fast router as well to benefit from the speed of the modem.
