There is no Network Port on this computer so you must connect wireless not wired. It is all set for connection to wireless router.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't need a port for wireless internet. If you want to connect to ethernet, you can get a USB-ethernet adapter. Best Buy sells one for about $20. Or you can spend a little more for a full-on docking station.

Make sure you are in a location that has wifi, click on the Networking and connecting icon (usually in one of the lower corners of your screen) and then click on the name of the wifi you to which you're connecting.
