- Answer Electric heater element works like electric convection oven to reheat food. Recommend covering top with foil to avoid drying food. Be careful to secure foil or it can get sucked up by convection fan.

QuestionJust took mine out of the box and noticed the turning dials are quite loose and wobbly and have a lot of room to wiggle and not tight at all. Does anyone else’s have the dials like this and can they be tightened up I hope?

- Answer Mine is the same way. I think i will return it as i think they are way too loose. Makes it harder to turn. I see no way to tighten them.
